Loan-to-cost: Up to 90%
Term: 9 to 12 months
Size: Up to $1,000,000 on multi-family; up to $650,000 on single unit
Amortization: Interest only
Interest Rate: 15% to 16%
Lender Fees: Commitment fees of 2% to 3%
Recourse: Required
Appraisal: Required
